Rent - The rent charged for Seal Cottage is shown on the Rates page, all prices are per week with the exception of short breaks and mid-weeks available in the winter period.

Deposits - A deposit of £100 is payable at the time of booking. No booking is guaranteed or confirmed until the deposit has been received. If a cancellation is made a deposit will only be refunded if the cottage is subsequently re-let for the period. An information pack will be sent to you with the booking acknowledgement.

Balance - The balance of rent is due a minimum of 6 weeks before the start of the holiday. Once paid, the balance will not be returned. In paying the balance you have agreed to the following terms and conditions:-

Neighbours - Seal Cottage is one of 5 cottages in Phuill Bay. The area is very peaceful and guests are asked to keep noise to an absolute minimum in order to preserve the tranquillity of the area.

Linen - All bed linen is provided. Guests will need however to bring their own towels.

Smoking - Smoking is not permitted in any part of Seal Cottage.

Drainage - Drainage is to a septic tank. No insoluble material e.g. sanitary towels/tampons should be flushed down the toilet as the drains will block. Sanitary disposal bags are provided in the bathroom cabinet for your use.

Electricity - No charge is made for electricity. Guests are asked to leave on the electricity to the fridge freezer.

Keys - Will be provided prior to your arrival.

Dogs/Pets - 1 Dog/other pet is allowed with our written permission and at an additional charge of £15 per week.

Cleaning - Guests must leave the cottage in a clean condition, just as they would expect to find it. Cleaning materials are provided.

Food - We leave some tinned food and other consumables in the cottage. If the guests use these items then they are asked to replace them.

Beach/Loch - Parents are warned that the loch deepens quickly and represents a potential hazard to children. No liability can be accepted for any accidents which may occur.
