| The cottage is double glazed with oil central heating. Living Space - relax and settle into a good book in the living room complimented with an open log fire and beautifully furnished with 2 comfortable sofas and a chair by the fire. This room is warm and well lit. In it you will find a TV with cable, DVD, Hi- Fi, lovely sea views and amazing sunsets over Loch Fyne. The Dining Room - enjoy a meal in the spacious dining room which comfortably seats six. It has large windows with open views over the loch to take in the sunsets. The Kitchen - area is fully equipped with all the necessary modern equipment; cooker; oven; microwave; fridge freezer; toaster; kettle; washer/dryer; iron and ironing board. Other essentials such as glasses, crockery, cutlery and a corkscrew are also provided for your convenience. Downstairs Toilet - situated at the back of the house is a convenient downstairs toilet. Upstairs bedrooms - after an active day in the fresh air, stretch out and relax and enjoy the peace and quiet, in any of the three Double bedrooms which all have open views over the loch, are centrally heated and have ample hanging and drawer space. Bathroom - contains a separate shower cubicle as well as a full size bath to relax in after a days walking or cycling. Parking - There is ample parking in the driveway for up to four cars. Included - electricity, heating, hair dryer duvets and bed linen. Pets - We are pet friendly and your pets are welcome by prior arrangement only, but must be kept under control at all times. |
